Wharf District Updates

The Hook Wharf Project – 400 Atlantic Avenue

Construction of a single building totaling approx. 275,000 square feet, comprised of a 357-room hotel, retail/restaurant space dedicated to James Hook & Co., new public open space, Harborwalk, and other public realm amenities.

 

State Street Project

Wharf District Council supports a plan that includes two vehicle traffic lanes, ensuring that this critical westbound street continues to provide sufficient access for vehicles to get to Beacon Hill, Back Bay, Cambridge and beyond while addressing curbside access, and narrow sidewalks, as well as bicycle and pedestrian safety.
